A $15 million redevelopment at Hilldale Shopping Center, nine months in the making, was unveiled June 2. Dane County Executive Joe Parisis, Madison Council President Chris Schmidt and Katherine Wetherbee, project manager with WS Development, owners of the west side property, introduced the most significant expansion in Hilldale’s 51-year history. The 53,000-square foot project opened with Lucky Brand and Morgan’s Shoes. Since then retailers Sur la Table, kate spade new york, Mes Amies, New Balance, Stride Rite, Michael Kors and Lush Cosmetics have joined the new lineup of stores.
