The Greenfield Common Council has approved plans for a new Cobblestone Hotel and Suites on what is now a vacant lot in the 84 South shopping center, according to a Sept. 18 report in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The four-story, 62-unit hotel will be the Neenah-based Cobblestone’s 33rd Wisconsin location. In the most ambitious timetable, it could open by the end of 2027.
Amenities include a pool, a fitness area, a beer and wine bar and outdoor patio area.
