Last week, the Goodman Community Center began delivering individual and family meals, as well as a weekly bag of groceries, to households in the Carbon and Generations buildings at Union Corners. Along with meals being delivered to the Darbo/Worthington and Brentwood neighborhoods — where meal requests continue to increase each week — as well as to older adults, GCC is now delivering more than 1,400 meals per week to children, families, and seniors throughout the community during the COVID-19 pandemic.
