With collegiate athletics going through historic change during the name, image and likeness era, UW Badger sports fans will get an idea of how the UW athletic department is meeting the challenge during a Sept. 22 online program.
Shawn Eichorst, UW–Madison’s new athletic director, and Wisconsin men’s basketball coach Greg Gard will discuss the opportunities for student-athletes across various sports and the effect on the responsibilities of coaches and their staffs.
The program, presented by the Wisconsin Alumni Association, will begin at 7 p.m., with Mike Knetter moderating.
