The TV wars continue.
Fox will purchase Roku to bolster its streaming services in a deal worth $22 billion, Variety reported.
Fox announced the deal on Monday to acquire Roku for $160 per share with cash and Fox Class A common stock.
Roku will continue as its own platform.

The deal is expected to close in the first half of 2027.
