The USPS raised the price of Forever stamps from 78 cents each to 82 cents on Sunday.
Forever stamps are special in that they do not expire and were first introduced at 41 cents in 2007.
If it helps alleviate the increase, the USPS and Mattel did release a new sheet of Barbie stamps, including a soccer-playing Barbie perfect for the World Cup.
