The Madison Area Builders Association will hold its 7th annual Fall Parade of Homes October 9–11 and Oct. 16–18 at 15 homes in Greater Madison.
The self-guided event will take place at 15 newly constructed homes from builders in the Madison area.
Attendees will have a variety of home styles, designs and price points to explore in Waunakee, Middleton, Merrimac, Madison, Brooklyn, Sun Prairie and Verona.
Parade hours are Friday from 3–7 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
“The 2026 Fall Parade of Homes gives attendees an opportunity to experience an incredible range of homes, from custom homes that are rarely open to the public to some of the area’s top model homes,” MABA Executive Director Chad Lawler said in a press release.
One ticket is valid for all six days and for all of the 15 participating homes. Tickets may be purchased online by credit card or with cash at any Parade home during open hours.
General admission is $10 and senior admission (age 65+) and child admission (ages 6–17) are $5.
