Ex Libris and Afterword

Madison Public Library Foundation hosted approximately 540 guests on Friday, Oct. 13, for its seventh annual Ex Libris fall fundraiser to benefit Madison Public Library. This year’s event theme was Beer and Bites, with 36 participating vendors donating their culinary creations and craft brews. Guests sampled food from Madison’s top kitchens and beer from Wisconsin’s best breweries while enjoying music by DJ Evan Woodward. New this year, some guests stayed late while others came just for the post-party, Afterword: Ex Libris Late Night. The events are projected to total $74,000 in gross revenues that will support library collections, services, programs, and more.
