Employee-owned Evergreen Holdings Corp. has acquired Modular Power & Data, a Wisconsin-based manufacturer specializing in power distribution solutions and modularized infrastructure products.
“Modular Power & Data is an exceptional match for Evergreen Holdings and a key addition to our growing manufacturing capabilities,” John Axelson, CEO of Evergreen Holdings, said in a statement.
“This acquisition advances our strategy to build a more vertically integrated organization that can deliver greater value, speed and coordination for customers in mission-critical — including data centers — as well as healthcare, renewable and other complex markets.”
Founded in 2020, MPD operates in the village of Dane and city of Cudahy.
