Custom plastics manufacturer, EVCO Plastics, broke ground Aug. 7 on a 50,000-square-foot expansion on its DeForest facility, which will double its space, improve operations, and enhance the work environment for employees. Work is expected to be complete in February. Wisconsin-based EVCO, which was founded in 1964, employs more than 1,200 people at nine manufacturing plants around the world.
