The Greater Madison Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) hosted its Destination Champion Breakfast at The Madison Concourse Hotel and Governor’s Club on Oct. 16. Destination Champion partners took part in the “Build a Wisconsin Cheese Board” experience, one of 13 new Essential Madison Experiences launched earlier this month. Besides mastering the art of cheese pairings and constructing beautiful cheese boards, partners learned what is on the horizon for the GMCVB in 2019.
