Opened on Sept. 21, delecTable, a new kitchen, bar, and event space, is adding an innovative offering to Madison’s food-and-drink scene. Created for Madison by Justin Gibson, delecTable is housed within the vomFASS retail space at 3248 University Ave. DelecTable offers an interactive cooking, dining, and drinking experience with its open-kitchen concept. Cooking classes, public and private events, and special “Dinner at delecTable” reservation-only dining experiences every Saturday are some of the highlights of the new restaurant.
