The city of Milwaukee’s Zoning, Neighborhoods and Development Committee unanimously endorsed a proposed 25-story condominium tower in downtown Milwaukee.
If approved by the full Common Council at its Nov. 4 meeting, the $150 million Zenith project would bring 226-units to the 700 block of East Kilbourn Ave.
Pending sufficient pre-construction sales, developer New Land Enterprises LLC could start building as early as July 2027. The Zenith would take about two years to complete.
It would be built across the street from the Ascent, a 25-story, 259-unit apartment tower also built by New Land Enterprises. The Ascent opened in 2022.
