No official opening date has been set, but sometime this fall Hilldale will host the Madison opening of the community’s first Cava, a Mediterranean-themed restaurant.
The fast-casual restaurant chain, known for bowls, pitas, dips and dressings, has opened more than 475 locations nationwide since launching 15 years ago.
At the Hilldale location, guests can dine on the patio, order in-store, or skip the line and order ahead with the Cava app.
Cava’s Hilldale space will be located next to Chase Bank and LaserAway. It will join Hilldale dining options such as North Italia, which opened earlier this month, Forage Kitchen, and more.
“CAVA is exactly the kind of addition our community has been asking for,” Amanda Stiebens, general manager of Hilldale, said in a press release. “CAVA brings bold flavors and a build-your-own format that makes it easy for everyone to find something they love.”
