A new state law effective as of July 1 bans the sale of most vaping products in Wisconsin, WMTV15 reports.
Businesses reportedly are unable to order new vaping products unless they are authorized by the FDA and were given a September 1 deadline to remove their current products from store shelves. Selling certain vape products beyond the deadline could result in a fine.
The ban’s supporters say the law aims to protect youth from vaping, while a lawsuit challenging it says the ban is unconstitutional.
