Black Irish, an Irish cream liqueur brand created by singer Mariah Carey, Tuesday announced a new statewide distribution partnership with Fond du Lac’s Badger Liquor.
The partnership agreement, which went into effect on Oct. 1, expands the availability of Black Irish across Wisconsin through Badger Liquor’s statewide network.
The Wisconsin launch is part of Black Irish’s strategy to grow consumer engagement in U.S. markets before the holiday season.
It follows the recent appointment of Mona Scott-Young as chief marketing officer.
“We’re excited to bring Black Irish to Wisconsin with Badger Liquor,” Scott-Young said in a press release. “They have incredible relationships throughout the state and really know their customers, which makes them a great partner as we continue expanding.”
