Be Inspired Salon Founder Kati Whitledge has retired and passed on ownership of her business to Hannah Schatschneider.
Whitledge ran the salon for nearly 16 years.
Schatschneider will run both Madison locations, one at 8302 Globe Dr. #100, and the other at 846 E Washington Ave. #102. She is an alumna of the Aveda Institute with a background in the salon business, having started her career in Sun Prairie and most recently ran a salon suite in Waunakee.
“While building my independent business was incredibly rewarding, I deeply missed the energy, camaraderie and collective growth of a salon team,” Schatschneider said in a statement. “My true passion lies in working right alongside stylists every day, educating, encouraging and helping them build sustainable, thriving careers.
“Taking ownership of Be Inspired Salon is the alignment of everything I love about this industry, and I am fully committed to cultivating an environment across our Madison locations where both our team and our guests truly thrive.”
