On Nov. 17, Baker Tilly’s Growth and Retention of Women (GROW) committee hosted its third annual women’s networking event at Wisconsin Brewing Co. “Leading From the Inside Out: Improve Your Leadership Presence by Increasing Your Self-Leadership” was presented by life and leadership coach Darcy Luoma, who discussed improving one’s external leadership presence by understanding the important concepts of emotional intelligence, authenticity, and conscious choice.
