Badgers partner with ALNC

The Aldo Leopold Nature Center (ALNC) is partnering with Badgers Give Back this summer to promote the importance of nature play and nature education in building healthy, active lives and, in turn, healthy, sustainable communities. UW Football student athletes joined ALNC at an outreach event at Lindbergh Elementary School’s Open Library on July 12, leading children in a football-themed obstacle course and engaging with them in nature activities, demonstrating the importance (and fun!) of an active lifestyle, connecting with nature and working toward one’s dreams.
