More housing options are on the way in metropolitan Milwaukee, as Allis Yards, a downtown West Allis mixed-use development, is moving to a second phase that features up to 400 housing units, according to an article in the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
Cobalt Partners LLC said it will begin the $100 million phase in the second quarter of 2027.
The development could include a mix of townhomes and condominiums.
The housing units will join elements that have already been completed at Allis Yards, including a Home2 Suites hotel, two remodeled office buildings and The Apiary Apartments, a new 248-unit facility.
