Habitat for Humanity of Dane County welcomed Sina & Angel to their new Allied Drive home last week. This house marked the 256th Habitat home built in Dane County and the first Habitat home built in the Mosaic Ridge neighborhood. City of Madison Mayor Paul Soglin, Madison District 10 Alder Maurice Cheeks, President & CEO of the Boys & Girls Club of Dane County Michael Johnson, and Alice Howard of Child Evangelism Fellowship spoke about the future of the neighborhood. The Community Development Authority of the City of Madison provided undeveloped land for this build and Habitat hopes to partner again in the future to build more homes in the neighborhood.
