On Friday, April 29, students and staff from Lake View Elementary walked to Warner Park in Madison for the 20th annual Warner Park Clean Up. Students listened to an Earth Day proclamation from State Rep. Melissa Sargent and Madison Mayor Paul Soglin, sang about Earth Day, and planted a new elm tree in the park. Maynard the Mallard joined in the fun and after lunch students spent the afternoon cleaning up parts of Warner Park.
