2015 Red Kettle Reception

The Salvation Army of Dane County hosted the 2015 Red Kettle Reception at the Upper|House on Friday, Nov. 13. The event was an elegant kickoff to the annual Christmas Red Kettle Campaign, and included music, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and a silent auction. Upper|House proved to be a stunning display of warm and rustic tones that truly accentuated the sense of community that was fostered that evening. All proceeds from the fundraising event go directly toward supporting The Salvation Army’s programs through their Community Center on Darbo Drive and shelters on East Washington Ave. Such programs include: the food pantry, JobConnect, Summer and After-School Youth Programming, Emergency Family Shelter, Single Women’s Shelter, medical and dental care for the homeless, and so much more.
