Inside Peek: Dairyfood USA

This week IBTV interviews Dan Culligan, president of Dairyfood USA, Inc., a specialty cheese manufacturer in Blue Mounds. The company specializes in extended shelf life cheese, including spreads, cups, bars, and wedges that are often smoked and/or flavored with a range of ingredients sourced from around the world. Using high-tech equipment, much of it sourced from Europe, Dairyfood USA manufacturers private-label products for retail chains, club stores, the airlines, restaurants, and other institutional customers around the world, including Walmart, Sam’s Club, Costco, Woodman’s Food Market, Figis, Meijers, World Market, Panera Bread, and many more.
