Please fill out the form below to start the registration process. You will then be sent an electronic form to complete your registration. The e-mail will come from IB Executive Directory (pd@ibmadison.com). Please add her e-mail address to your safe sender list. The form will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. Be prepared to submit an optional photo.

After your new profile is updated, we will review it and publish it to the Professional Directory within 2 business days.
