The Business Alliance was formed with an initial gathering at “Apple Island,” formerly located at 849 East Washington Avenue, on Monday, November 7, 1994. It was formed with development ideas and funding provided by the Madison Gay/Lesbian Resource Center, which later was to merge into OutReach, Inc. For the past 15 years, the Business Alliance has served as Greater Madison’s LGBT Chamber of Commerce, made up of gay, lesbian, and LGBT friendly business owners, professionals, and individuals joined together to promote business and offer support to its membership through networking, education, and professional and business development. Business Alliance social events welcome all current & prospective members at NO CHARGE, held at venues that support our local LGBT community.

By nature and design, the Mediterranean Hookah Lounge & Cafe is a lounge type atmosphere with low-lighting, colorful rooms and authentic Mediterranean appetizers and entrees. They welcome you and hope that you have a memorable experience. On Tuesdays, the Mediterranean Hookah Lounge & Cafe feature $4 martinis and the $4 "Bomb night." At this 15th Anniversary social dinner, you pay for your own dinner and drinks from the wonderful menu selections available at the Mediterranean Hookah Lounge & Cafe. Our host's owners, Tommy Hanna and Simon Hanna will be offering free appetizers and contributing a door prize at the event. As mentioned before, please RSVP by 11/12/2009 so that our host may best prepare for our celebratory evening.

Visit www.mediterraneanhookah.com for more information about our host, their specials, photos of their past events, their calendar of future events, and a one-time use coupon for $5 off your dine-in food purchase of $30 or more.

Parking and wireless Internet are always free at the Mediterranean Hookah Lounge & Cafe.

We encourage everyone to bring & exchange their business cards for a chance to win a door prize. Past winners have received valuable discount coupons & gift certificates. You could be this month's winner!
